We have set up a modern VlexPlus ERP based ticketing system allowing us to respond to enquiries and requests from extant customers - fast and structured. Our customers will, depending on transaction, be able to submit requests for support with specific questions, e.g. autonomous Change Requests to our support team.
You may thus be sure that your requests will be processed promptly and competently, also allowing you to constantly monitor their progress. A service cockpit offers our customers overviews of selected or all support requests in terms of originator, priority, classification, status and OP scheduling. All activities by all involved parties will thereby also be recorded, automatically and compliant with regulations.
All of this takes place online via a web browser and access to our service dashboard will be available 24/7. We will of course be at your disposal via phone and e-mail as well. You will generally also know the person you are communicating with on a personal level.
